No smoking or toxic chemicals allowed. Oil painting, acrylics, drawing, crafts allowed. 24 hour access but not for living quarters.

One month rent deposit, 30 days notice before leaving.

The Building
The Boulder School of Fine Art is located in the historic Art Work Space building located at 2810 Wilderness Place, Suites A and B in Boulder, Colorado. Classroom space is available to rent as well as a limited number of private studios for visual artists. Studios have locking doors and access to kitchenette, two bathrooms, utility and clean up sink. Free parking, 24 hour access and all utilities and wifi are included with rental price.
