Requirements

- Complete the Space Rental Request Form: https://frequentflyers.org/space-rental-request/

- Provide proof of insurance: In order to rent with us, you must carry a general liability insurance policy that provides coverage for the activities you will be conducting in our space. The coverage level must be at minimum $1mil aggregate and $300,000 per occurrence. We must receive your proof of insurance prior to your date of rental.

- Space Orientation – $50 (all renters)

- Rigging Orientation – $25 (aerial renters using our equipment or attaching to class lines)

Rules & Regulations

1. Only clean soft-soled shoes are permitted on the dance floor.
2. Excessive sound level not allowed, especially during normal office hours. No music that can be heard outside our building may be played after 10pm due to neighborhood quiet hours.
3. All participants (anyone entering the building) are required to fill out the general
liability waiver one time only.
4. No candles or open flame of any type allowed.
5. No chemicals, paint, or other toxic liquid materials may be used on the Premises without express written permission of Frequent Flyers Management.
6. No alcoholic beverages or maijuana products shall be brought on the premises, and no smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises.
7. Renter will self clean at the end of the rental. Renter will pay $25 after rental if the space is not cleaned.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of a single rental block (represents one calendar date):
- If the Renter cancels 5 full business days prior to the scheduled rental, a full refund will be issued.
- If the Renter cancels 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental, a 50% refund will be issued.
- If the Renter cancels less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental, no refund will be issued.

Frequent Flyers® Aerial Dance has been performing and teaching for over 30 years and is Colorado’s and the nation’s premier teaching, training and performing aerial dance organization. Frequent Flyers® offers challenging and fun classes in a safe environment with personalized instruction. Our Professional Company has performed internationally for Cirque du Soliel 60 feet in the air on the side of their headquarters building as well as at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.
