Internationally Acclaimed Authors, Scholars, and Poets to Participate in Iconic Literary Event Celebrating Diversity, Books, and Dialogue with Virtual, Online Format
Boulder, CO (September 9, 2021) – The Colorado Chapter, in partnership with Teamwork Arts and the Boulder Public Library, is proud to announce that the Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) will return to Boulder, Colorado, with a virtual format this year with back-to-back sessions starting on Friday, October 8 through Sunday, October 10, 2021. Due to increased mask mandates related to the pandemic, JLF Colorado will virtually celebrate the beauty of the Rockies with festival attendees and provide Boulder's unique energy, excitement, and intellect that the festival is known for worldwide.
Teamwork Arts, the producer of the iconic Jaipur Literature Festival, is presenting digital versions of its literary festivals held annually in the USA, including JLF Colorado Online, JLF Houston Online, and JLF New York Online. The online edition of the festival unites an extremely diverse palette of global themes while celebrating each host city's unique culture, diversity, energy, and beauty.
This year’s JLF Colorado programming will highlight many diverse topics, including the COVID-19 pandemic, crime-writing, environment, international politics, racial equality and discrimination, entertainment, and fiction. Noted writers will kick off the series each day with special readings from their latest books and conversations on the creative process. The JLF Colorado online sessions will present 60+ eminent international and local speakers. A final program will be released soon.
