Travels Abroad
These plein air pieces were painted during my travels to Russia, Italy, and New York. Reflecting a wide scope of scenery, these works invite the viewer to take a stroll through the depicted landscapes. The distinct feel of each place has been emulated through the use of sundry oil techniques and colors.

Although my paintings stay faithful to the formal visual elements defined by figurative traditions, my inspiration is drawn from more fanciful and etheral sources. The bulk of my work explores the ideas of an emphemeral soul, the symbolism of wildlife, and spirituality at large. You will find mystical landscapes, whimsical dreaminess, and nostalgic undertones in pieces that I hope will bring the viewer a sense of quiet enjoyment.
