Since 1972, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA) has been a cultural cornerstone of Boulder, fulfilling its mission to inspire creativity and foster community through contemporary art. BMoCA has been housed in a landmarked warehouse building since 1976. Each year, the museum engages more individuals of all ages and backgrounds in programs at BMoCA and in six neighboring counties. Its exhibitions, featuring the work of local, national, and international artists, continue to grow in scale and number.
