Boulder Kodokan, Boulder's only traditional Okinawan martial arts dojo,celebrates it's 15 years as anon-profit businees in the Boulder community this September10th, 11 th and 12th by holding a Traditional Okinawan martial Arts Seminar focusing on Matayoshi Kobudo (weaponry) and Goju-ryu karate and Shorin-ryu karate.

Our guests of honor will be Matayoshi Yashushi, Soke of Matayoshi Kobudo, and Itokazu Seisho Sensei, Head Instructor of Matayoshi Kobudo worldwide. We will also be joined by senior instructors from Canada and Seattle teaching Goju Ryu Karate and Shorin Ryu Karate. It will be a great weekend to get immersed in traditional martial arts.

Boulder Kodokan has always valued a traditional, authentic
approach to martial arts, and is proud to be one of only three schools in North America to be officially affiliated with the Matayoshi Dojo.
