Feel quiet solitude without feeling alone. Feel supported and the ease of the short drive and parking just 30 yards away, while feeling like you're in a remote cabin once you step onto your porch.✨
*Room for a small couch or desk. Plenty of headspace. Even room for a massage table, or small group readings or therapy sessions.

Monthly Rental
$400 – $600 per month
Open to considering all short-term interests. Longest term considered is 1 year, as a trial period before any longer commitment would be considered. But, 1-year lease would automatically renew monthly unless or until either party requests otherwise.
Requirements
Day-use only. Under no circumstances can this be used as a residence, and any overnighting or use without the presence of the lease-holder would require written prior permission from the landowner.
Rules & Regulations
Absolutely no fire hazards permitted, including smoking. Vaping allowed outdoors only. Pets allowed only on leashes and with written prior consent.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit equals 1mos rent, due upon signing & refundable. Cancellations considered under exceptional circumstances.

Natural Highs - Inspiration Farm

The Building
Natural Highs is a 5-acre property surrounded with barley fields and cattle North of Boulder, near the Longmont airport, where the only sounds you'll hear are weekend skydivers, animals and the occasional childs laughter dancing through the trees from the trampoline. This studio is on our residence, as a family of 5, with 3 other art studios and a long-term plan of a rotation artist-in-residency program in the newly remodeled living space over the 4-car garage. Walk through the pastures to think and find inspiration, or down to the river... Reflect by fire under the nearly 100-year-old barn... pick a tomato, smell some lavender, let the sage run through your fingers. ... Or, just retreat for solstice. We hope to share this majestic and magical space with inspired minds and souls for years to come, and not sit alone under the full Rocky Mountain views North and South of Longs Peak off our deck to the West. Optimism and creativity seem an inevitable part of the view.
