Intuitive Power of Art

Join local artist and therapist Joy Redstone, LCSW, for an experiential workshop on intuitive artmaking. Through guided contemplative and mindfulness activities, Joy will help participants tap into their creativity, increase intuition, and explore new ideas.

Many people hesitate to call themselves artists, but everyone has access to creativity. In this supportive workshop, you’ll work with provided materials to create small assemblage art pieces while building confidence in your artistic expression.

Joy is a self-taught artist with many juried and solo exhibitions to her credit, and she brings her many years of therapeutic experience to create a fun, welcoming space where participants can relax, experiment, and connect with their inner artist.
