One side is approx 14x20’ with an additional nook that has a lower ceiling because of a storage area above, a kitchen and bathroom. The second space is big and open and approximately 14x25'. Space is flexible and can serve as a gallery or for hosting events. Rent of 2150 + utilities (Heat, a/c, water, garbage - varies monthly but approx $175, internet $80) to be divided by all tenants.
