Ages 10-14

Create your own “live action” theatre! In this class, students will create a 7-minute version of a well-known movie, using theatrical techniques and cinematic devices such as the “close up”, “long shot”, and “perspective”.  They will become the light, sound and set of their own stage, by embodying buildings, furniture, airplanes, wild animals and more! Students will learn about story-boarding and image-making, while having a great time, and increasing confidence, mobility, and STAGE PRESENCE. This is a great class for those interested in theatre, movies, or BOTH! Let the magic begin!
