The Space
Need space to host an event? Folsom Field has five premium venue spaces as well as stadium suites that can host groups anywhere from less than 10 attendees and up to 900. Each venue has a base rental fee that includes up to five hours of event time and the in-house tables and chairs. Other potential costs include additional rental hours, audio/visual equipment, on-campus parking arrangements, security staffing, and catering + alcohol service through Levy Restaurants

Requirements
Liability insurance (minimum 1 million dollars) is required for third party rentals. Levy Restaurants is the exclusive in-house group for event catering + alcohol service.
Rules & Regulations
Any aerosol such as glue, glitter, and snow or paint is prohibited. Decorations may not be affixed to walls, ceilings, elevators, or stairways. No confetti or tinsel may be used. Any use of tape (besides painter's), nails, staples, or tacks is strictly prohibited. Only blue painter’s tape may be used on the walls, windows, doors, etc. and gaff tape on the carpet flooring.
