This workshop will offer help with difficult workplace situations related to mental health issues. Topics discussed include: • How to assess mental health issues in an employee • Effective ways to support a co-worker • How to navigate mental wellness concerns and legal requirements in our workplaces and beyond. • Best practices for navigating challenging interpersonal dynamics and difficult people at work and in life, whether or not mental illness is a factor. Known for her innate intuitive capacity, deep empathy, and wisdom accumulated through over 20 years of therapy, coaching, teaching and workshops, Cheryl Breault helps people to live an inspired life. In her practice, Whole Body Wisdom, she guides individuals and teams toward inner shifts of perspective, increased self-acceptance, and a sense of greater possibility and freedom. Trained in Transpersonal Psychology at Naropa University, Cheryl is a licensed psychotherapist, a master level Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and an expert in Energy Psychology. She is a Power Circle facilitator, leading both corporate and private circles for Emerging Women for the past 4 years. Cheryl is dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs, executives and creatives make a positive impact in the world.

Jaime Roth practices law at Roth Legal Solutions LLC, where she provides general counsel services for growing businesses and employment law counsel to companies and individuals. She is also the Co-Founder of True Connect, LLC, where she provides mediation and conflict resolution services with a focus on business conflicts. While Jaime is a skilled advocate in the courtroom, her passion is helping people build amazing things together, rather than helping to tear each other apart.She describes her practice as part of the emerging field called "integrative law," which recognizes an evolution in consciousness toward more collaboration, greater understanding, and the insight that conflict can be a tool for growth.
