How will changes in the tax law affect charitable giving? Do you need to re-think your fundraising plan for 2019 for your arts organization? Bring your questions and get advice from the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County and Block Advisors.

As Individual Giving Coordinator, Maegan Vallejo is responsible for increasing individual support through annual giving efforts and the Community Foundation’s planned giving program. Maegan has been a professional fundraiser in Boulder since 2007, previously serving as Development Coordinator at the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra and the Golden West Foundation. A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Colorado, she’s experienced in several aspects of fundraising – from events management to coordinating annual campaigns. 

 

Jane Caddell Paddison is a member of the Board for the Community Foundation. Jane has been practicing law for more than 25 years, providing expert analysis of options and issues for tax planning, as well as strategies designed to facilitate generational asset protection planning, and to address special family needs and philanthropic interests. Her eponymous firm focuses on estate planning, probate and tax; her practice areas include federal and state taxation, with a special emphasis on the estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax areas.

 

Toby Gallegos provides tax preparation and other business services to individuals and small businesses with complex tax situations and diverse business needs for Block Advisors in Boulder. He specializes in serving the needs of small business owners, self-employed professionals, nonprofits, and performing artists. Toby is also a member of the Boulder Guitar Society and on the Board of A Child's Song in Thornton.
