The first session in this series, "Board Governance 101" happened in April, and covered legal roles as well as responsibilities for nonprofit board directors.
In this second session, "How to Lead in a Changing Environment" we will talk about what leadership looks like from the lens of the Executive Director and the lens of the Board. Maybe leadership is advocacy, maybe leadership is doing more, maybe leadership is doing less. Whatever is decided, a conversation needs to be had now about what leadership looks like for your organization in a changing environment.
