Ballot Issue 2A has passed! brining more than double funding for arts and culture programs. 

Beginning in 2025, the measure will extend 0.15% sales tax and dedicate half the revenue to arts and culture programs. The funding for the arts is likely to double from $1.5 million to more than $3.8 million, according to city estimates.

Interconnected: a Panel on Art & Climate Change

Join visual artists Amy Hoagland and Kathy Sirico as they share their artistic practices and experiences as Artists in Residence in the 2023 Arctic Circle Residency. This workshop intends to address the realities of climate change through an action oriented lens of connection.

Sustainable Fashion 

This workshop will be an educational session on the social and environmental impacts of fashion, what brands are doing in response to issues of social and climate justice, as well as how we can shop more ethically. The featured presenter for this workshop is Shelly Gottschamer.

Learn how to use the arts and other strategies - alternative and traditional - to advocate for arts and culture and other important issues in your community during this conversation with Evan Weissman (founder of Warm Cookies of the Revolution), and Meredith Badler (Deputy Director of the Colorado Business Committee for the Arts).
