BCAA Diversity Survey

Please help us conduct a diversity assessment of our membership and larger constituency by completing this anonymous survey. In order to remain consistent with other local agencies, these categories are taken directly from the Diversity Assessment Chart used by the Community Foundation Serving Boulder County, a generous supporter of many local non-profit organizations.

For the remainder of the survey, if you are responding for the members of your organization or household, enter the number of people represented in each category. Except for "Diversity by Ability" and "Other Diversity Characteristics," the total in each grouping should equal the total number in your organization.
