Designed for aerialists and non-aerialists alike, the aerial hammock will partner you through an alignment based aerial yogaclass. Traditional postures combined with the supportive and decompressive actions of the fabric will guide us in finding balance, strength, length and expansion. And ahhhh, topping it off with a luxurious floating savasana.
