Boulder Chorale "Master Composers of the Past"

The Boulder Chorale will sing a five-movement suite, In Windsor Forest, an exquisite setting of William Shakespeare by British composer Ralph Vaughan Williams, excerpted from his opera Sir John in Love. The audience will experience the beauty of luscious harmonies and lovely melodies set by this master composer. The Chorale will also perform two songs by an Italian master composer G. Rossini and a folksong by R. Schumann. In addition, the Chamber Singers will perform selections from set of Zigeunerlieder (Gypsy Songs) by master composer, J. Brahms. Members of the Legacy High School choir will join the Chorale and the Chamber Singers for this performance.
