Boulder Symphony's Musical Rapture features Johannes Brahms' Third Symphony, which transports listeners and performers to another world, capturing the experiences of joy, delight, and unimaginable questions and fantasies. In many ways this symphony is Brahms' most spiritual and personal work. Also featured on the program is the Concierto de Aranjuez, the most spiritually revealing guitar concerto by blind composer Joaquin Rodrigo, performed by world-renowned CU faculty guitarist Nicolo Spera.

This event is proudly featured in Boulder Arts Week, Boulder's only large-scale, inclusive celebration of the community's vibrant arts and cultural offerings.
