Schiff-ting is a movement improvisation technique created to integrate our bodies, minds, and hearts, so that we may inhabit our vessels with awareness and confidence. No prior movement experience necessary. This technique is for every body of every age. A group discussion will follow each Schiff-ting class. Dance is the language of the soul...let's listen.
