Come experience the series "Resurrecting Audubon's Birds of America" in the Boulder Arboretum. This master photographic study of John James Audubon's ground breaking illustrations of birds species. Artist Lindsey Wohlman collaborates with facilities such as the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, The National Eagle Repository, and University of Colorado Natural History Museum to document 130 species of birds to create digital photographic builds of these iconic prints. Underscoring the fragility of our interaction with nature, these prints bring the light the beauty of the world around us as well as the make commentary on our effect on bird populations as a whole.

Show is open sunrise to sunset every day during Boulder Arts Week with an opening afternoon party from 4-6 on March 27th. Event will include a print raffle (with money going to a wildlife rehab charity) and light refreshments.
