Join Stories with Spirit and Savory Spice Shop of Boulder for an evening of spicy stories and savory smells. Rachel Ann Harding and Cooper Braun will perform stories from around the world about salt, spices, chocolate, and food. Dan Hayward of Savory Spice will tell us all a little about the history of spices and provide some delicious nibbles.
Savory Spice Shop is a downtown Boulder institution selling an incredible variety of fresh ground spices. Savory is 100% Wind powered and proudly sells spices to local restaurants, breweries, food trucks, chocolatiers, coffee shops, and many more. Savory has been incredibly welcoming of Stories with Spirit.
But please be advised that this is not a traditional venue. This is a standing room only show (though if you wish to bring you own chair you are welcome to do so). We will open the doors and close them when we can no longer fit anyone into the shop.
Parking is free in downtown Boulder on Sundays and right behind Savory Spice is the parking garage at 11th and Spruce St.
Stories with Spirit is a Boulder based storytelling duo made up of Rachel Ann Harding and Cooper Braun. We perform traditional live storytelling of fairy tales, folk tales and wisdom tales. Stories with Spirit is committed to bringing storytelling back to adults, while welcoming children.
