We’re all descendants of survivors, and the most important traits for human survivability in the past were those flashes of creativity that solved major problems. We all inherited the creativity of our successful ancestors. So what is it, and how can we develop our own? This funny, fascinating film explores the very essence of innovation, art and discovery through the words of prolific and successful creatives. Their process, their thrills, their angst, their stories of suffering, laughter, success and failure can help us find our own creative spark within.

Directed by Renee Slade and Ri Stewart.

Junked is a short film about the end of film. With the advent of digital, the art of projection is being lost and the 35mm film prints are getting junked. Australian filmmaker Gus Berger recorded the last days of 35mm projection at St. Kilda’s George Revival Cinema. It’s a poignant tale of a technologically disruptive world.
