Left Hand Brewing’s Mile High Tribute Band Competition winners descend upon the Boulder Theater for the 3rd annual Leftapalooza Reunion Night for an evening of songs you know the words to. Colorado’s tribute to The Eagles, The Long Run, take the stage at 7:30pm. Pull out your tight and bright for Boulder’s own B-52s tribute bands, Hey, Lady! Closing the night out is Leftapalooza’s 2014 top tribute act, My Blue Sky, honoring the music of the Allman Brother’s family of bands. Just because 2014 marked the end of a 45 year Allman Brothers run, doesn’t mean you can’t get lost in an unrelenting dualing guitar solo in Blue Sky or hypnotized to the rhythmic bass lines of Whipping Post.
Dedicated to finding the cure for Leukemia & Lymphoma, Leftapalooza is Left Hand Brewing’s signature rock festival, supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Generating over $100K for charity since its inception, Leftapalooza & The Mile High Tribute Band Comp showcases the best tribute bands in the region, vying for a spot on stage at the Boulder Theater’s annual Leftapalooza Reunion Night.
