Art Night Out looking for arts and fine craft vendors

Call for Artists and vendors! Lafayette’s Art Night Out is looking for arts and fine craft vendors to sell their wares at a monthly art walk and street fair.  They are striving for a rich variety of arts, media, and fine crafts.  Most of our booth spaces are reserved for arts and fine crafts. There will also be booths with arts activities for kids and teens, and local arts and cultural organizations. This is an arts focused event and non-arts related vendors may not apply.

Artists may apply for booth space at www.cityoflafayette.com/CFA.  Follow the links to the  ANO booth application. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received. The fee is $35 per Art Night Out date. 

Lafayette’s 2015 Art Night Out will offer a fun, community atmosphere.  Public Road, between Cannon and Emma Streets, will be closed, creating a traffic free zone for our artists and cultural arts related booths. The 8^th season of Art Night Out kicks off May 15, which will feature a beer and wine garden and festival booths as part of their summer arts series, each of five Friday nights throughout the summer.  Art Night Out will be May 15, June 19, July 17, August 21 and September 18.

Other offerings at Art Night Out include Art on the Street sculptures, galleries, Arty’s Creation Station a free children’s art activity booth, additional children’s activities (including a balloon twister, magician and face painters), food trucks and the ARTS!Lafayette beer & wine garden. Local, Lafayette brewed beer will be served at the ARTS!Lafayette Beer Garden.  The Post, Front Range Brewing Company, Liquid Mechanics and Odd 13 will each offer their brew on various nights.  Art Night Out is a free, family friendly community event that takes place from 5 to 9:15 p.m. on the third Friday of the month throughout the spring and summer in Downtown Lafayette.
