Concert for the Akpe Cultural Center

This is a fundraising concert for construction of the Akpe Cultural Center in Kokrobite, Ghana. When finished, the center will teach, preserve, and promote traditional and contemporary African performing arts. It will serve local and international students and artists from around the world. Concert performers: Dave Fulker Jazz Quartet, Selasee and the Fufu Family Highlife Ensemble, Logo Ligi, Bateria Algeria, Foggy Tops, Grupo Folklorico de CU Boulder, Ascential Dance Theater of Colorado. Special drumming lesson by Mawuenyega Mensah and food from Sancho's.
