Let the dance be born from the soul of our community. Be part of a powerful movement by sharing your thoughts, ideas, and experiences with us. The Schiff Dance Collective will be gathering personal stories from members of the Denver/Boulder community during FREE Schiff-ting (see description below) workshops. Information gathered from workshops will be the inspiration for our newest choreographic work. What kind of world do you want to live in? How can telling your story free you, benefit another, and strengthen humanity? Help us create movement that speaks directly to the heart.
Schiff-ting is a movement improvisation technique created to integrate our bodies, minds, and hearts, so that we may inhabit our vessels with awareness and confidence. No prior movement experience necessary. This technique is for every body of every age. Writing and a group discussion will follow each Schiff-ting session for the workshop. Schiff-ting is the dance of your life.
