Description

Applications for AAUW Community Action Grants are available now and are due on April 15th.

The Longmont Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW) is acceptingapplications for its annual Community Action Grants Program. A total of $2,500 will be granted to nonprofit organizations with projects that help break down barriers among people of all ages, ethnic origins and gender. 


Qualifying projects should: 
- Promote education and equity for women and girls 
- be nonpolitical 
- benefit the public 
- respond to a community need 
- fall within the geographic boundary of the St. Vrain Valley School District 

The deadline for applying for the grant is April 15, 2016. Notification of award(s) will be no later than May 3rd and the funds will be available on May 14th.
