The 2016 Colorado Music Festival opens in heroic fashion, with a monumental program featuring Music Director Jean-Marie Zeitouni, the CMF Orchestra, and violin virtuoso, Jennifer Koh. Koh will perform the violin concerto of Finnish composer Esa-Pekka Salonen. The program opens with Beethoven's flashy, fearless and often daring Egmont Overture and finishes with Hecotr Berlioz's larger-than-life Symphonie Fantastique.
