Conservation/painting of iconic public art piece in Longmont

The City of Longmont’s Art in Public Places is seeking an artist who is meticulous in their work to re-paint an iconic entryway in front of the Longmont Public Library.  This artist will work closely with the AIPP Administrator to follow colors and guidelines provided the (original) artist to ensure the longevity of this beloved artwork. Most of the work will need to be completed on ladder in non-shaded area.  Please provide bid estimate (labor and all materials except for the paint which City will provide), contact information, three references of recent projects, the location of each of those projects, and a photo or link.  Deadline: September 9, 2016. lauren.greenfield@longmontcolorado.gov
