Statue of the head of a Native American from the Arapahoe Tribe rendered as a tribute to Chief Niwot and to Araphoe Indians of the Colorado plains.  Installed in December of 1980 in teh Boulder County Courthouse courtyard.  Symbolically rendered by Steven Weitzman and Tara Brice.
