DANCEmandala Movement Meditation is a free-form dance journey that invites you to connect with your body, breath, and authentic self. Carefully curated music, gentle verbal guidance, and an intentional meditative container will bring your experience of dance into a rich inward exploration. Mindfulness and meditation do not have to mean sitting still and restricting your impulses. Here you can let your creativity flow! This movement through the embodied landscape creates space for transformation and release. Over time, this practice cultivates deep inner awareness, emotional balance, creative expression, and personal insight.
No experience needed – All bodies welcome! You are welcome to be in your body exactly as you are! Simply turn your attention inward and let the dance do the rest.
