Intergenerational Dance

On-going Intergenerational Dance Class (ages 18-80) happening on Wednesdays from 12-1:30pm at the Boulder Circus Center.
This class is based on improvisational movement forms that will cultivate mindfulness, creative expression, and spontaneity in each student's dancing. The development of individual presence and awareness of the dynamics of ensemble will be emphasized throughout the class. This class will strive to build a community of dancers who celebrate taking risks, exploring the unknown, and openly communicating with one another as we practice the various forms of improvisational dance in a physical, creative, and fun environment that fosters self-expression through kinesthetic experience.
