Description[Edit This]
This Sculpture found a home in 2010. Sally King's Bears were a popular tableau during the Lyons Sculpture Trail seasons. 3 or 4 Bears in a circle form a gentle bear room and the visitor is the center of the burly visual conversation. During Sculpture Trail the bears were lively paintings on wood. Here they are permanent. They are constructed from wood and stucco pigmented with paint and dyes. The effect is cuddly and bold. The gaze is kind from the bears and the effect is like being in the field of one of Sally's paintings
