We’re delighted to team up with Christine Bayles Kortsch of the Denver-based company of Ink & Stem. Christine, a self-described homebody with the heart of a gypsy, founded Ink & Stem to help others nourish their creative soul and awaken their senses. Writing and gardening are her twin passions. No surprise, then, that her workshops mix contemplative writing, mindful creativity, play, and container gardening. As a lead-in to summer, Christine is offering two short workshops at Two Hands Paperie. The workshops feature a bit of writing, tea tasting, and the tactile pleasure of planting unique succulents in, what else, a tea cup! We’ll provide a selection of teas and cups for drinking; you provide a small tea cup or other similar-sized container for planting, a notebook for capturing your thoughts, and an open heart. No writing or gardening experience necessary! Christine’s workshops were featured last year in 5280 magazine’s “38 Cool Classes for Adults”.
