Boulder Symphony's 9th season is themed Common Threads - exploring how music weaves us together.
Join us for our season opener and experience stories of intrigue, survival, and peace from across the globe that show how we are all connected by a shared value -- LOVE.
The concert features Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade, which is based on the classic tale 1001 Nights, alongside contemporary composer Mohammed Fairouz's piece Pax Universalis, which translates to "Universal Peace." Also on the program will be Iris Zhang, winner of the 2018 International Keyboard Odyssiad & Festival Competition, performing Robert Schumann's Piano Concerto.
