The Boulder Opera is back with a full production of the beautiful music of Handel's Orlando. The story was inspired by Ludovico Ariosto's medieval epic Orlando furioso, but our interpretation will be set in the Wild West. The deputy Sheriff Orlando is desperately in love with Angelica, who is in turn in love with a cowboy, Medoro. In this hopeless situation, Orlando is driven to madness from which only Zoroastro can save him.

Directed by Michael Kilcoyne and featuring an ensemble orchestra led by Mathieu D'Ordine.

Cost
$15 to $25
