- Please wear loose cloths as attend a work-out class.
- Bring bottled water.
- Prepare to remove shoes at the dojo entrance. All the shoes should be on a shoebox.
- Always bow before entering the dojo, and existing the dojo.
- No food at the dojo basically. (otherwise have a snack at a front desk area during a break)
- Go to a bathroom before class starts.
When: Every other Sunday (a second and a fourth Sunday of a month)
Time: 1:30-2:30pm (meet at 1:15pm, 15min before a class starts)
