Based on movements and principles from Ki Aikido, this class is designed for moms, dads or guardians and the children they love to engage in playful movement together.
Toddlers and preschoolers, ages 3-5 years old, and the big kids (parents/guardians) who care for them are invited to come together to move and play, to connect with their physical body, develop a positive state of mind, and connect with other members of our Boulder county community.
Classes are taught by Randy Thompson Sensei, 3rd degree black belt in Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, and father of Rohan, 4 years old.
