The Space

The Arts HUB is a community arts center located in Lafayette, Colorado. It boasts a beautiful, 194-seat professional theatre space, complete with a full lighting plot and sound system. Various sound packages are available to renters depending on their sound needs. Each sound package comes with use of the sound board and various combinations of speakers, microphones, and CD playback. Theater rentals include the use of our lobby and kitchen as a reception space, as well as one of our dance studios as a green room or dressing room.

Renters can also individually rent one or both of our two dance studios to host a private party, dance class, seminar, or even to use as a studio space. Our downstairs dance room also functions as an art room. We have a kiln on site which may be used for pottery artists.

Our lobby and kitchen are also available to rent for small gatherings or parties. The lobby comes with a garage door that can be opened in good weather. The kitchen comes equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and prep space. Please note: the kitchen is not a commercial kitchen, and so food may not be prepared in it. Rather, the kitchen may be used to serve pre-prepared food. The Arts HUB has the ability to apply for a a special-event liquor license so renters may serve alcohol at their events, provided the renter is able to reimburse the Arts HUB for the liquor license application fee.

We also have available for rent a WhisperRoom, which may be used for audio/musical recordings, as well as two pod-sized music studios. Each pod has a capacity of just two people, and so are ideal for one-on-one music lessons. Our lobby may also be used as a pop-up gallery space, provided renters are able to provide pedestals, walls, and hardware.
