Requirements
Cancellation: Lessee has the right to terminate this Rental by giving the BVUUF written notice no later than 30 days prior to the event. The Rental Fee will be returned in full if cancellation occurs 30 or more calendar days prior to the event. If cancellation occurs within 1 to 29 calendar days of the event, the Rental Fee will be forfeited to the BVUUF as a Cancellation Fee.
BVUUF may cancel this Rental Agreement with thirty (30) days advance notice for any reason or due to unforeseen, unavoidable events which might make the building uninhabitable with a full refund if the rental has not occurred or started, or with a prorated refund if the rental is in progress. If BVUUF shall be so damaged by fire or other casualty as to render the lease obsolete, then the rental shall cease as of the date of the occurrence of such damage, and the Lessee thereupon shall surrender to the BVUUF the premise and all interest thereof.
