The Building

If you are looking for an intimate historic backdrop for your wedding, meeting, company retreat, special party or event, the Longmont's Historic Callahan House and Garden is the perfect place to create a memorable, affordable event.

Enjoy the gracious elegance of our charming Queen Anne style Victorian house with warmly decorated French interiors wrapped in a poetic Italian garden.

During the summer, the garden accommodates 150 guests who can celebrate amid flowers, statues, a fountain, a gazebo and dance on the large lawn under huge shade trees.

During the colder months, the house interior accommodates 40 to 45 sit-down guests and 80 open-house guests who can be warmed by ornately carved woodwork and parquet inlaid floors, and admire stained glass windows and floral and fruit painted walls in the French tradition.

Callahan House rental includes whole House, House and Garden and Auto House, Auto House only, or Meeting Room only. Click for Catering and Facilities Information
