Create and maintain a dynamic, independent forum, providing a venue for the contemporary arts. 
Address the need for both non-judgmental and competitive exhibitions. 
Fulfill the need for personal growth, communication and a sense of community among artists and viewers. 
Promote awareness, education and appreciation of, and access to, contemporary art in a non-commercial way.
