The Space
The Ballroom faces south with beautiful views of the Flatirons; the perfect backdrop for any party, special event, retreat or business seminar. Easily divided into three smaller rooms, the Ballroom is our largest and most sought-after space and is available evenings and weekends only.

Rules & Regulations
Reservation Rules
Request must be submitted at least two weeks prior to desired date.
You must be at least 18 years old to complete this form.
Reservation will not be considered final until approval is granted and the payment is received in full.
No commercial activities are permitted. This includes gambling, promoting a business, selling items, conducting auctions, raising or collecting funds.
A security deposit of $300 is required for groups of 60 more.
A minimum of two hours is required for all room rentals.
You will receive a response within 5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit - Less than 60 people=$100
Security Deposit - 60 or more people=$300
Additional Info
Fee: $250/hour. The adjacent kitchen and patio are available at an additional surcharge rate.
