The Space

This 250-seat auditorium features state-of-the-art acoustics, lighting and audiovisual equipment. A 7-foot-6-inch Shigeru Kawai concert piano is also available for use. This space is ideal for performances, lectures, films and large employee meetings.

Cancellation Policy

• Auditorium events require a $500 deposit due upon receipt to hold the space for booking. • Atrium only and Classroom events require a deposit of $200.
• Deposits will be applied to the final event fee.

Cancellation Policy:
• Client shall provide at least fourteen (14) days written notice to the Museum Event Manager in the event of a cancellation.
• If Client cancels less than fourteen (14) days prior to their event, they may be subject to a cancellation fee.

The Building

The Longmont Museum, housed in a distinctive contemporary building, features changing exhibits in history, art, and science, as well as the award-winning Front Range Rising, a long-term exhibit on the history and culture of this region. The Museum recently opened an expansion, featuring the 250-seat Stewart Auditorium and Cone-Shortall stage, the Swan Atrium, and the Kaiser Permanente Education Center. 

The Museum also has hands-on education programs for all ages, indoor and outdoor concerts and performances, film series, lectures and a gift shop featuring local history books, souvenirs and exhibit-related materials.
