The Space
Located in the heart of downtown Lyons, our event space can host parties from 15-42 people.
Our welcoming space offers a lovely, intimate setting and a private garden patio. Rental packages can include a variety of catering and bar service options.
It's an ideal space for birthday celebrations, wedding rehearsal meals, bridal or baby showers, company parties, reunions, or a get together with friends.
A place for family, friends, celebrations and making memories.
Event Space rental includes:
- Use of event space and west garden patio
- Wooden tables and chairs
- 4 reserved parking spots.
- Use of sound system
- Event Liaison to guide host through planning and booking the event as well as be on hand during the event.

Hourly Rental
$75 per hour
3 hour minimum; 5 hour maximum
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to reschedule your event, we will be happy accommodate this at no additional charge pending we can find another date. In the event that you need to cancel your event, you will receive a partial refund of your deposit. Cancellation 30 days prior to event will receive a full refund minus $250. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will receive a refund minus $250 + room rental fee.

Set-up & Clean-up: 30 minutes before your event will be reserved for decorating and such. You’ll also have 30 minutes after the event to gather your stuff.
