The Space
Bright, clean, modern studio spaces to create work. Monthly events in our artist/maker gift gallery to show and sell work. Open workshop space with long tables and folding chairs for our studio artists to teach workshops. Simply reserve, there's no extra charge for our studio artists!

Space 3 (small - enough space for your easel, cart or, optional mounted table) = $300 month
Space 4 PRIME (large - FRONT WINDOW PRIME SPACE) = $800 month - Available May 1st
LEASED - Space 1 (large - includes cubby shelves, optional mounted table) = $600 month
LEASED - Space 2 (medium - open space, optional mounted table) = $400 month
Centrally located in Boulder (80301) with 24/7 access, free parking, central heat and AC, includes utilities and wifi.
Artist/Maker studios are open for optimal light. Each studio space has the option to be furnished with a wall-mounted table and stool (all optional at no additional charge). Open workshop space with long tables and folding chairs for our studio artists/makers to teach workshops. Simply reserve, there's no extra charge for our studio artists!

Monthly Rental
$300 – $800 per month
A 6 month lease is required.
Requirements
Space 1 = First month's rent $600 + $600 deposit
Space 2 = First month's rent $400 + $400 deposit
Space 3 = First month's rent $300 + $300 deposit
Space 4 PRIME = First month's rent $800 + $800 deposit
Rules & Regulations
Be respectful of your neighboring studio artists. No smoking/vaping of any kind in the space.

A deposit of one month's rent.
