Strategic Planning to Build Your Organization's Capacity

Registration is closed for this event
This workshop is designed for small to mid-sized organizations seeking to build their capacity. Limited capacity is a pervasive issue in the nonprofit world, especially in small organizations. Increasingly being asked to do more with less, leaders feel the strain of managing as well as executing on nearly all facets of their organization. This workshop addresses the main components of growing your organization's capacity, utilizing strategic planning as a foundation. After all, if you don't know where you are going, you don't know what you need to get there.
