BCAA welcomes Liz Compos, a multifaceted artist, entrepreneur, and MBA, driven by a passion for art and a commitment to fostering positive change in the arts community. With a diverse range of experiences, she has emerged as an influential arts educator with a powerful mission at the core of her artistic journey.

To improve her capacity as a catalyst for change, Liz pursued her MBA at The University of Colorado – Boulder, where she enriched her understanding of business, with a focus on scaling ventures though financial planning and marketing strategy. Armed with this knowledge, she has returned to her artistic roots, equipped with a newfound purpose to effect meaningful contributions to the arts community.
