Antiracism Action in the Arts Initiative DEI Dialogues in the Arts: Staffing - An interactive virtual workshop Join facilitator Aaron Clark of Equity Solutions to discuss how local arts organizations are grappling with issues of diversity, equity, access  and inclusion in staffing. Come ready to talk with other participants about these issues!

Community and CU Boulder leaders in the arts are invited to discuss case studies and examples that address hiring, retention and other strategies for antiracist practice in the arts workplace. Engage in conversation with prominent local arts organizations, and staff and students from the CU Boulder Center for Ethics and Social Responsibility at the Leeds School of Business.

Boulder County Arts Alliance, Boulder Jewish Community Center, Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art (BMoCA), Boulder Potters’ Guild, Dairy Arts Center, Longmont Museum, KGNU, The Bridge Studio, and the Office for Outreach and Engagement started the Antiracism Action in the Arts Initiative to grow a local network of arts organizations that address diversity, equity and inclusion in the arts.

This is part one of a two-part interactive virtual workshop series. A second workshop on programming  will be held on May 11.
